• 6 lime wedges
  • 15ml sugar syrup or 1 teaspoon
  • 2 large sprig mint
  • 50ml Masons Peppered Pear Edition
  • Soda water


Add one sprig of mint leaves, 4 lime wedges, sugar and Masons peppered pear to a highball glass and ‘muddle’ liberally to release flavours from mint and lime. Add crushed ice and stir to incorporate and chill drink. Top with further crushed ice and soda water. Garnish with sprig of mint and lime wedge.
