If you ordered with Standard Delivery, please allow 3-5 working days from the day of your order for delivery. If you ordered with Next Working Day Delivery before 2pm (GMT, London) Monday to Thursday then all orders should be delivered on the next working day. With orders placed on Fridays being delivered the following Monday. If orders have exceeded the expected delivery date, then send all enquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org.
ROISTER LIMITED will only issue a refund for goods returned in fully re-saleable condition within 14 working days together with your order number and receipt. The following must be intact for ROISTER LIMITED to deem the goods as fully re-saleable: transport packaging, original product packaging, seals, shrink wrap, and airshock carrier where applicable. We can arrange collection from you, at the cost of £6.95, or you can ship yourself. Send all enquires for returns to email@example.com.
We use Eventbrite and Design My Night as ticketing platforms. For any enquiries about tickets please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your Full Name, Email Address, Event Name, Ticket selection and ticketing platform used to purchase tickets.
We send all orders in an airshock carrier with transport packaging and have had less than 5 damages to date. However, if you do receive a damaged item or you must report any goods that are damaged on delivery within 24 hours to the ROISTER LIMITED customer services via email to email@example.com. ROISTER LIMITED will not be held liable for any goods that are reported damaged outside of this time. You should inspect goods on delivery for damage. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence to support any claims of damages.
