Derbyshire Distillery was set up in early 2018. Their aim was simple: to produce fantastic gins, vodkas and liqueurs using the best local and international ingredients and fresh, cool Derbyshire water. Using a combination of traditional copper alembic stills alongside our state of the art Genio Still to deliver beautifully crafted, small batch spirits. Having worked with the team at Derbyshire Distillery for the last few years and watching their distillery grow its really evident  that their passion for the ancient art comes through in their spirits. This Fruit packed Dry gin, distilled with pomegranate imparts a fruity depth, alongside traditional botanicals, such as juniper, coriander and cardamom give warming notes. a truly complex gin!
