Diplomatico Mantuano is an excellent blended rum aged for up to eight years in white oak casks, which previously served to age bourbons and malt-whisky. It combines column, batch kettle and pot still distillates elaborated from sugar cane molasses and honeys. Traces of dry fruits, wood and vanilla lead the flavour profile. It is the ideal ingredient for sophisticated cocktails, and can also be enjoyed by itself.
