Etsu Japanese Gin comes All the way from Japan's Hokkaido island. This fantastically floral expression features a selection of botanical from Japan, including tea leaves and yuzu. These botanicals macerate for more than 24h in neutral cane spirit distilled thanks to a copper still with a swan neck to 83% vol. An excellent G&T.
