Turncoat Dragon Tears Gin created in collusion and inspired by Manchester’s Blackjack Brewery who produce a saison beer named ‘Dragons Tears’. Terry, their head distiller was one of the original craft brewers in the UK since 2010, who went 'Turncoat' and began a distillery in Liverpool.  The small team at Turncoat are secret distillers, based in unrevealed settings, releasing unexpected spirits. We use dragon tears - which are the top buds of a jasmine tea plant, as a main botanical to help create it’s amazing, delicate floral nature
