We are very glad we chose Roister to cater our conference dinner, they were a clear winner from the start- spending time to make us a special menu and catering to our various dietary requirements. They were very helpfully flexible due to the ever-changing numbers of a conference, all the food was finished on site meaning it was lovely and fresh.

They made the effort to meet with me before the start of the event to go over any last-minute questions I had which was really appreciated. The food was delicious, we received multiple compliments from delegates on the quality and taste of the vegan menu.

We have worked Alongside Roister now for a couple of years on our annual events. The service and expertise they provide is second to none.

We hire their bar infastructure and use their street food services, it adds so much more to our event and they are able to cope with the extra demand year on year. I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the work again this year.

Roister catered our company's 5th birthday party and it was fantastic.

They were really communicative in the lead up to the event and handled all our dietary needs really well. On the day of the event, everything went smoothly.

They had organised space for the food set-up and the bar with the venue and had everything in place by the time we got there. We had no problems on the night, the food was wonderful, the bar was great and I would definitely recommend them for future events.

Roister were honestly a dream to work with from start finish. We wanted to go away from traditional wedding food and settled on a sharing Indian meal which we created with Roisters help.

Nothing was too much trouble, and they were incredibly accommodating to exactly what we wanted on our wedding day. The food itself on the day was amazing, and we’ve had so many guests tell us it’s the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding, in particular people were astonished when the team came round and asked if they wanted any top ups or any more food! 

Couldn’t recommend Roister enough if you’re looking for a wedding caterer, they’re brill!
